Obama Strengthens Medicare - That's The Bottom Line!

Paul Ryan isn’t “reforming Medicare.” In reality, President Obama and Democrats have already started that process.  The GOP wants to repeal Obamacare and take health care away from everyone. State-level Republicans actively deny health insurance to the poor, and House Republicans have voted 33 times to let insurance companies decide who deserves health care coverage.

Romney paints President Obama s cutting Medicare to pay for the Affordable Care Act when in fact the cuts were due to EFFICIENCY'S CREATED, not cuts in services.

There are only a few problems with this. The first is that Obama didn't necessarily "cut" Medicare; he limited the expected rate of growth in the program on the supplier side by eliminating waste, fraud and abuse, mostly in Medicare Advantage.

How can you complain about high poverty rates and high unemployment and then sing the praises of a Republican Party whose policies have put us there and keep us there? How can you complain about President Obama’s record and sing the praises of a Republican House that has passed only 151 laws, 17% of which are bills to name post offices, and only two bills to create jobs, only one of which will create jobs in less than five years? And how can you claim that we liberals only pay attention to inputs and ignore outcomes, and still support a Republican Party that continue to push policies that are proven failures?

The Afforadble Care Act is cheaper and will continue to keep health care costs down. All hospital stays are covered with no lifetime cap. 80% of your premium must go towards your care, not CEO bonuses.   There will be large tax breaks for people earning between $14K & 44K so they can afford to go to the doctor. With the Romney/Ryan plan everything will become privatized, ending most taxes. Billionaires will buy up all Government services and charge you to use them. No more public schools, police, firemen, public roads, parks, etc. Overall, it will double household expenses. Military spending will go sky high with the only jobs available will be in the military. R/R have promised to help Israel carpet bomb Iran. That should really stir up a hornet's nest! No billionaire's kids will be fighting in that war, as Romney's kid said on Conan's show-only the poor fight in wars.
